The Automower 115H features extremely sharp, pivoting blades that rotate at high speeds. Boundary/Guide Wire Circuit Failure

What it means: The charging station is emitting a flashing blue or flashing green light, indicating a break in the boundary wire loop or guide wire connection, or a lack of power to the transmitter.

Common Causes:
  • Wire cut by lawn edger, shovel, aerator, or rodents.
  • Corroded wire connector or spade connector at the back of the charging station.
  • Power supply adapter is unplugged or station has no power (Solid Red LED).
How to Rectify:
  1. Check power connection to the charging station and verify the LED color.
  2. Check connectors on the back of the charging station to ensure wire ends are locked in securely.
  3. Use a boundary wire tracker or loop transmitter diagnostic tool to isolate the wire break, then splice with gel-filled connectors.
Outside Working Area

Mower Traveled Past Boundary

Warning

What it means: The mower has detected that it is outside the perimeter wire or is receiving conflicting boundary signals.

Common Causes:
  • Boundary wire laid too close to steep slopes or drop-offs, causing mower to slip past it.
  • Boundary wires are crossed at narrow channels or guide wire connection points.
  • Wet, slippery grass slopes causing tires to lose traction when reversing at the edge.
How to Rectify:
  1. Manually place the mower back inside the working boundary loop.
  2. Inspect slope angles along wire edges—ensure slopes do not exceed 15% near boundary wires.
  3. Check wire connections to make sure left (AL) and right (AR) boundary leads are not swapped.
